The HARRTS Safety punches have a specific Safety Guard that ensures a consistent depth of punch insertion while scoring the grafts for extraction while reducing graft transection. These Safety punches are available in a variety of interior diameters as well as lengths from the safety guard, allowing surgeons to select the appropriate punch diameter and length for various types of grafts in specific topographical areas of the scalp. The blunt punches help prevent tissue injury, improve graft quality, and extend the punches' life.

The HARRTS FUEsion-X has two Cold Storage Jars, one on each side, for collecting extracted grafts. The Cold Storage jars protect the grafts from drying and desiccation, allowing them to survive longer outside the human body. There is no need to repeatedly interrupt the procedure to empty the retrieved grafts into another collection dish because the Storage Jars can hold more than 2500 grafts each.
